Family
Once upon a time there was a tiny village nestled between the Apennines, immersed in a luxuriant nature and populated by bizarre inhabitants. Delfina, the eldest, wears a yellow dress and a pearl necklace; Matilde, the commoner, with a handkerchief on her head and apron as an expert cook; Manilo, the farmer, chats with Gelsomina with long blond braids, disturbing Caterina, an avid reader. And there are many others.

Most of the inhabitants of Vendersi, in the heart of the wonderful Val Borbera, are made of straw, wood and old clothes. They are the scarecrows who have made this tiny village the perfect place for a family outing and which, we are sure, will leave you speechless.
It can be easily reached by car or, why not, by e-bike, by inserting it into one of the numerous cycling itineraries that interest the area.

But it doesn't stop there! In Borghetto Borbera, just a quarter of an hour by car from Vendersi, you can complete the day with a visit to the "Museum of ancient toys": 250 unique pieces donated by Enrico Debenedetti, a local professional painter who has chosen a new form of communication , along the lines of Pop Art, to tell the evolution of local history.
