  • "Giughè and st'ében!" - Coolking lessons in Piedmont: the farmhouse' agrichef will guide guests in the selection of the best local flours to customize their dough in the preparation of a rustic bread and the main dish of our gastronomic tradition, ravioli pasta. After the cooking lesson, guests will be able to taste the result of their efforts paired with two wines produced on the farm, and will be honored with the recipe book and the "Piedmontese expert cook" diploma. The experience is valid for 2/3 people, the duration of 2 hours, the price 140 €.
  • "Dui pass an la Russa" - Walking through Aleramo's lands: guests will be welcomed in the splendid tasting room created in the ancient cellar of the family estate; so let's start with a pleasant walk through the vineyards to discover all the secrets of local wines' production. Back, tasting of 4 wines paired with sweet and savory local specialties and, to round off, you will get "Know, taste and prepare" diploma and a special gift ... with label!
