E-bike Awareness offers a self-navigation itinerary (the gpx tracks and navigation app will be provided on your smartphone) by MTB with the state-of-the-art pedal assisted.
You will cycle along paved roads and you will admire breathtaking views: 40 km, 4 hours of low physical effort but great emotional satisfaction.

Here are all the useful details:
- departure from the Awareness E-bike rental in Costa Vescovato AL, return to the place of departure;
- first exit 9-13, second 14-18;
- comfortable clothing and sneakers are recommended;
- possibility of organizing guided tours in cellars with wine tastings (prices and availability to be agreed during the organization phase);
- all rented e-bikes are equipped with gel saddle, bottle cage, bell, light and stand.

The price includes: helmet, padlock and kevlar anti- puncture, and child seats and trolleys are available on site (not included in the offer).

All the useful information to buy and use the "Piedmont Region Voucher".

REGULATIONS

1 - With "Voucher" means "the regional initiative of three nights for the price of one night": 1 paid by the customer, 1 by the Region and 1 offered by the hospitality venue.

2 - The reservation is to be made directly by the customer with the chosen hospitality venue , using the website www.thinkserravalle.it or by direct contact with the chosen venue. Once confirmation of availability has been received and following the payment for the first night, the additional two nights will automatically be honoured. The use of online booking sites or other intermediaries is not permitted.

3 - "Piedmont Voucher" conditions of use

A Stay of 3 consecutive nights
The offer is nominative and cannot be repeated by the same customer on consecutive dates
Customers cannot purchase more than 10 "Vouchers"
The rate is indicated by the hospitality venue, in line with the average annual rate.
The rate will remain fixed until 30.06.2022
The regional voucher covers a maximum of € 150.00 per person or € 300.00 per double room
There may be some periods or days of non-validity of the promotion which will be indicated in advance by the Hospitality Venue
The voucher cannot be combined with the Government Holiday Bonus Relaunch Scheme
Reservations will be prepaid by the customer and are non-refundable
All Tourist Taxes, where applied, remain the responsibility of the guest

4 - Purchases must be made by 31.12.2021 (unless funds are exhausted) and used by 30.06.2022. The offer is addressed and promoted on the National and International market, for individuals and groups.

5 - The Hospitality Facilities indicate the cost of accommodation, in line with the average annual rate specifying the anticipated type and category of room and any periods or days excluded from the promotion. The rate will remain fixed until 30.06.2022. All further contingency requests or needs will be agreed between the customer and the facility.

6 - "Open date voucher": if the voucher is to be given as a gift of the date of use has yet to be decided upon it is possible, with the agreement of the Hospitality venue, to purchase a stay by subsequently defining the period of use (by 30.06.2022).

7 - The “Voucher Servizi” is a bonus from the Piedmont Region which offers a 50% discount on tourist experiences and services.
This kind of voucher is not bound to the purchase of the "rooms" voucher and entitles you to a discount on experiential activities such as: cooking workshops, tastings, e-bike rentals, local tourist guides, etc. This activity must have a value between € 100.00 and € 300.00 (the value is intended per service and not per person). This voucher can also be used by small groups (max 15 people) and gives the customer / s the possibility to pay for the service only 50%, the remaining amount is paid by the Piedmont Region.
As for the room voucher, the promotion is valid in participating activities for purchases by 31 December 2021, which can be used by 30 June 2022.

PRIVACY
Only "personal data" collected from requests and by reporting of reservations and confirmation of use of overnight stays and / or tourist services on the site will be processed. Processing of personal data will be carried out in electronic and paper format. Steps will be taken to prevent any illicit unauthorized use or loss. Personal data will not be disclosed to any third parties. Communication of data is provided solely to those organisations required by contract rules, such as, by way of example and not limited to: Terre di Fausto Coppi Tourism Consortium, Piedmont Region, Finpiemonte, in addition to legitimate bodies and entities of law.
