A unique opportunity to literally put "your hands in the dough" led by Massimo Martina, chef of the splendid "Il Fiorile" restaurant in Val Borbera, an eclectic and "rebellious" personality.
The practical lessons change with the seasons: from flowers in the kitchen in spring to dishes based on mushrooms and truffles, without forgetting fresh pasta and in particular ravioli, the main dish of our local tradition.
A complete cooking class with first, second and dessert!
